ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Except as required by law or expressly provided in PBC’s posted Refund and Return Policy, tickets and registrations are nonrefundable. Event dates, times, locations, programming, participants, exhibits, amenities, parking, transportation, and other elements are subject to change. Pebble Beach Company and Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance (collectively, “PBC”) may modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, interrupt, or cancel the Event, in whole or in part, due to weather, wildfire, governmental action, public-health conditions, safety concerns, operational needs, or other circumstances beyond PBC’s reasonable control. Except as required by law or expressly determined by PBC, no refund, credit, reimbursement, or compensation will be provided for any change, postponement, relocation, interruption, or cancellation, or for travel, lodging, or other expenses.
Tickets may be transferred only with PBC’s prior approval and in accordance with PBC’s procedures. Tickets may not be resold, auctioned, or used for commercial or promotional purposes without PBC’s prior written consent. PBC is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, copied, or damaged tickets and may invalidate tickets transferred or used in violation of these terms.
Attendee assumes all risks arising from attendance at or participation in the Event, including risks associated with moving or displayed vehicles, golf carts, shuttles, crowds, temporary structures, uneven or slippery surfaces, weather, food or beverages, communicable diseases, and the acts or omissions of other attendees or third parties. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTENDEE, ON BEHALF OF ATTENDEE AND ATTENDEE’S HEIRS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS, RELEASES AND WAIVES ALL CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, OR PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE AGAINST PBC AND ITS AFFILIATES, EVENT ORGANIZERS, SPONSORS, PROPERTY OWNERS, VENDORS, CONTRACTORS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND VOLUNTEERS, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM THEIR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE. This release does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be waived.
Attendee must comply with all Event rules and personnel instructions. PBC may deny admission, revoke credentials, or remove any person for unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or noncompliant conduct, without refund.
Unauthorized commercial photography, filming, recording, livestreaming, transmission, or other exploitation of Event content, including use for artificial-intelligence training or dataset creation, is prohibited. Drones and other unmanned aircraft are prohibited without PBC’s prior written consent. By attending, Attendee authorizes PBC and its designees to photograph and record Attendee and to use Attendee’s image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any media for commercial, promotional, editorial, archival, and other lawful purposes without compensation or further approval.
